This August, step away from the screen and into a world of hands-on play at the Unplugged Arcade at Tredegar House.

Created by a talented local designer and carpenter, this collection of handcrafted wooden arcade games put a creative twist on classic arcade fun.

Built entirely from wood, each game has been carefully designed to challenge your reactions, test your aim and encourage a little friendly competition along the way.

Whether you're racing against the clock, taking on a family high-score challenge or simply discovering your favourite game, there's something for all ages to enjoy.

The Unplugged Arcade is included as part of our Summer of Play programme, in collaboration with Pixel Free Play.

Games are free with normal admission (National Trust members and under fives visit free). No booking is required - simply drop in and join the fun in the Stables.
