The Cornwall Wildlife Trust AGM 2026 will take place at Shire House in Newquay on 3 October 2026. It is an outdoors event with various performers, free to attend, and an optional wildlife walk.
Please join us at Bodmin Town Council on Saturday 3 October for our 2026 AGM, where we’ll explore some of the work you've made possible.
Start the day with an optional guided nature reserve walk to explore one of the oldest and finest ancient woodlands in Cornwall – Cabilla & Redrice Woods. Then join us at the Shire House Suite for informative talks and the formal meeting, with a pasty lunch and the opportunity to chat with trustees, staff, and other Cornwall Wildlife Trust members.
Optional tours of Cabilla & Redrice Woods
Walks will take 1 hour and 25 minutes at a steady pace, stopping regularly for our guides to provide information and point out areas of interest. There are some inclines and the terrain is uneven in the woods. Trails can become slippery when wet. There are no toilets once on the walk. Please wear suitable waterproof clothing and footwear. Bring your walking poles if you like to use them.
Please park in Bodmin (see below for suggested car parks). Shuttle buses will be running from Priory car park to the start of the walk & back.
The nature reserve walk is only partly accessible by Tramper- type mobility wheelchairs. However, the option of a talk just inside the woods will be available.
The AGM is at the Shire House Suite, Bodmin. There is wheelchair access into the building, with an accessible toilet. Please see the map below for the exact location of Shire House Suite.
