We’ll begin by exploring the breath we use every day, looking at simple functional breathing techniques and how the way we breathe can influence how we feel.

We’ll explore practical techniques including nasal breathing, box breathing and the physiological sigh, giving you tools that you can take away and use in everyday life.

From there, we’ll take a short break before moving into a guided breathwork session.

This therapeutic style of subconscious connected breathwork offers an opportunity to reconnect with your body and gently explore your inner world, with Adam facilitating and walking alongside you throughout the experience.
