Professional Play Therapist Ellie will equip you with the language and tools to support your children in navigating emotional challenges, whilst considering the vital importance of nurturing your own needs in order to nurture those of your children.

The 2 hour workshop delves into practical techniques for fostering emotional regulation and building stronger connections.
