Daily Activities : 2 Coast Path Walks, Morning Wake Up Stretch, Tai-Chi Qigong, Sea Swim & Cold Water Bathing, Education Talks on Nutrition.
The energy of King Arthur's Legend permeates all local landmarks and attractions, walks will take us to Trebarwith Strand Beach, The Rocky Valley Waterfalls, St Nectans Glen Waterfalls, Tintagel Village, Merlins Cave & Waterfall and Beautiful Bossiney Cove.
