COUNTRY ROCKS Ro-DAY-o

Absolute Beginner Workshop + Rock Out Social

Sunday 29th November 2026

2:00pm-6:00pm

The Engine Shed, Northampton

Never line danced before? Already hooked and looking for somewhere to dance?

This one's for both of you.

Join Country Rocks Line Dancing for an afternoon of learning, dancing, great music and plenty of Country Rocks fun.

👢 2:00-3:00pm - ABSOLUTE BEGINNER WORKSHOP

Brand new to line dancing? Start here.

We'll take you through the basic steps and teach you some fun dances completely from scratch.

No experience needed.

No partner needed.

Two left feet absolutely welcome.

🔥 3:00-3:30pm - FRESH BOOTS SOCIAL

Don't learn it and go home - dance it!

We'll kick off the social with 30 minutes dedicated to easy Absolute Beginner dances, including dances from the workshop, so our newest dancers can get straight back onto the floor.

🎵 3:30-6:00pm - ROCK OUT SOCIAL

Then it's time to Rock Out!

Expect a mix of Country Rocks favourites, requests, beginner and improver dances and plenty of opportunities to get on the floor.

New dancers are encouraged to stay - we'll keep beginner-friendly dances running throughout the afternoon so you can keep putting those new moves into practice.
