Come join a supportive community of women sharing stories and finding strength together at Living With Loss.

On this day there will be 3 mini workshops and a walk in nature to assist you on your healing journey.During the day we will address:

* Reiki/Meditation

* How grief affects your hormones

* Breathework, let your voice be heard

* Walk/Dance Nature walk with drums

** We open our doors at 10.00am for a coffee/tea on arrival to start the day at 10.15am.

The day is due to end around 4.30pm.

If anyone needs to leave early or wishes to sit out at anytime, there will be a safe area for you be.

Places are limited and will be kept to a small group.Do you have a drum? Do you have a musical instrument?

If so feel free to bring them along with you.

The cost for this day is £35 which includes all refreshments during the day.

** Lunch is not included in the price, so either bring your own lunch or you can be order at a cost of £15 for a 2 course lunch, payable to the venue....
