About This Event

This event celebrates the 150th anniversary of the Geology Section and includes workshops, talks, and hands-on activities for children aged 6–12. The event takes place at Northamptonshire Natural History Society.

In celebration of our 150th anniversary we would like to welcome you to a series of workshops, talks and hands-on activities for 6–12-year-olds. Geology Rocks – 10.30am Ask a Geologist – 1.00–1.30pm Fascinating Fossils – 2.00pm Come for the whole day or just one session. Numbers are limited, so booking is essential. AN ADULT MUST STAY WITH THEIR CHILD THROUGHOUT. For more details, contact Sue Barker or Bob Purser at geology@nnhs.info.
