We’re excited to launch a brand‑NEW YEAR adventure in the heart of Salcey Forest — offering 5km and 10km Trail Runs for pure runners who want to experience the magic of this stunning woodland, as well as both Short and Standard Duathlons.

Perfect for newcomers to Trail Running or Duathlons as well as experienced athletes looking for a fast, scenic challenge.

About Salcey Forest

Ancient woodland with towering trees and peaceful wildlife

Beautiful, runnable trails with a mix of forest paths and open sections

Ideal terrain for off‑road running

Salcey Forest offers a unique blend of fast, flowing trails and natural beauty — a perfect setting for autumn racing.

Routes

All running routes are fully off‑road and the cycling routes are on quiet open roads with mostly left turns. The run and cycle routes will be well marshalled.

Expect well‑maintained forest trails, gentle undulations, and plenty of atmosphere.

Transition Area (Duathlon only)

Secure transition for competitors only

Race Number & Bike Number must match your racking spot

Small bag/box permitted inside transition

Bike number must be attached & helmet visible before entry

Numbers will be checked before leaving transition

Standard Duathlon - 9:00am

Sprint Duathlon - 9:20am

10k Trail Run - 9:05am

5k trail Run - 9:25am

Normal parking charges may apply at Salcey Forest. We recommend car sharing where possible.
