ShowSafe: Manager

Step up from the control room floor into real decision-making authority. This immersive course builds on the foundations of Event Safety and Security Operational Control, giving managers, incident coordinators and team leaders the practical tools to make, communicate and defend decisions when it matters most. Through live simulation and structured scrutiny, you'll test your judgement under real pressure, then walk away with a clear, personal action plan.

Expect an intensive, supportive environment where experience is shared openly and every decision is put to the test.

This course has been developed from research and decades of practice with support from Halo Solutions and the Pink Bows Foundation. This course is endorsed and supported by the UK Crowd Management Association, the Pink Bows Foundation and the Sports Ground Safety Authority.
