SBD presents SMALL PLEASURES Friday November 20th Small Pleasures is a post-punk duo from Victoria, Canada. The band is a fusion between Viny, originally from France, and Canadian-born Nevada Brown. Inspired by early 80s dark-wave, their music blends fuzzed-out bass backed by heavy drums and live triggered synths mixed with lofty vocal melodies. Beginning in 2023, their discography includes one LP and two EPs, with a sophomore album coming soon. To support previous releases, the duo toured Japan, France, Canada and more recently, Germany and Austria. Small Pleasures offers a full sound experience live that will make you doubt that they are only a two-piece!
