When we moved to Northampton under a year ago, we expected it to feel like a quieter version of London. What I didn't expect was how hard it would be to find women who were actually building something - a career, a business, a new routine in a new city.

Northampton has a lot of families already here, and a growing number of couples and young professionals moving out from London for the cheaper cost of living. But there's no obvious place for any of us to actually meet each other.

So I'm starting small. The Chai Circle is a free, casual meetup at Chaiiwala for women in Northampton navigating career, business, or just settling into life somewhere new. No pitching, no panels, no dress code - just honest conversation over chai.

Come as you are. Bring a friend if you'd like.
