At our last event. succession planning was a key topic of discussion. Recent research has indicated that fewer than one in ten businesses have a formal succession plan, but that only tells half the story. Succession planning is far from a one time exercise, requiring continual review and regular upskilling.

Hosted at Planning Design Civil (PDC) in Snetterton, South of Norwich, along with the regular update from the Employee Ownership Assocation, we'll be looking at the journey of existing employee owned businesses, hearing first hand experience of their ongoing approach to succession planning and the impact it's been having on their business and the people within it.

Whether your business is at the start of its succession planning journey or looking to refine an existing approach, this session will provide practical insights, real-world examples and valuable peer discussion.
