Lace up and come for a run! OutThere CIC and The Lions' Den have partnered up to bring you The Men's Den; a month of free activities designed to support men's physical and mental health and build positive habits and routines. Join Anthony from [@anthonytrebbletraining](https://www.instagram.com/anthonytrebbletraining/) for parkrun at Eaton Park. Walk it, jog it or race it. It’s free, friendly and a great way to move and connect. Meet at 08:45 at the bandstand. All abilities welcome; the perfect opportunity to try out Parkrun if you've never been before. Park Run is open to all. But you can find out more about The Men's Den Programme and purchase a free pass bundle on The Lions' Den app or website to book the men's sessions throughout November - including saunas, breathwork, dance and more.
