Ladies does this sound familiar? Hot flashes, brain fog, aching body, sleepless nights, and feeling exhausted all the time? If this is you, join us at our Women's Midlife Collective and learn how to prioritise your wellbeing in your midlife years. Dr Emma Ping will be providing useful information about the perimenopause and menopause. We are so fortunate to have her British Menopause Society accredited expertise and experience as a practising GP. So many women are struggling with troublesome symptoms that affect their quality of life. We also know from our survey that there are a lot of women who are stuggling to find reliable information about what's happening to their bodies. Dr Emma Ping is passionate about helping women understand the perimenopause and menopause and how to support our bodies as we head into the menopause. Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.7pm to 9.30pmThat Little Norfolk Studio, Church Street, Wymondham.Free entry. Donations welcome. Did you know, That Little Norfolk Studio is run by volunteers from Social Enterprise ClearCompany CIC? The non-profit organisation exists to create a community space for creativity, connecting, socialising, group activities, and anyone who wants to give new things a go.
