Booking via the Eventbrite ticketing system allows payment by card.

Should it not be possible for you to pay by card, please email bcme@eventworkseurope.com with details of your ticket requirements and an invoice can be raised.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by Delegates

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or letter) to the event organiser.

Cancellations received 15 working days or more before the event will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the ticket price (20% covers the admin fee to process the cancellation)

Cancellations received less than 15 working days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Substitutions

· Delegates may nominate a substitute attendee at no additional cost, provided the organiser is notified at least 48 hours before the event.

3. Event Cancellation by Organiser

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, delegates will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

The organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by delegates (e.g., travel, accommodation).

4. Postponement or Rescheduling

If the event is postponed, delegates’ bookings will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will be available upon request if the new date is unsuitable.

5. Non-Attendance

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without prior written cancellation.
