Terms and Conditions

The event will take place on 24 September 2026 from 6:30pm and is open to all customers.

Seats are available to book from £115 per person until one week prior to the event date.

A deposit payment is required to secure the booking and full pre-payment is required a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date.

Seats must be prebooked; no walk-ins will be allowed.

Seats can be purchased through the Design my Night and Event Brite online booking system.

Entry is at the discretion of management and any guests acting in an inappropriate manner will not be permitted entry and deposits will be lost. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

Alea Nottingham is a strictly over 18s venue.

Anyone under 18 years of age will not be permitted entry. Guests who look under 25 will be asked to provide photo ID upon entry.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Metropolitan reward card discounts do not apply.

Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions

Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion
