Are you autistic, and want to meet new people or look for support or services to enhance your quality of life? Join us in Long Eaton

Our monthly meetup is a friendly, inclusive gathering for autistic adults seeking a supportive community in Long Eaton. Whether you want to meet like-minded people, share experiences, discover local support, or simply enjoy a relaxed social space, this meetup is designed to be welcoming and low-pressure.

There’s no expectation to socialise in any particular way — you’re free to join conversations, listen quietly, stim, take breaks, or participate at your own comfort level. We aim to create a calm, understanding environment where everyone can feel accepted and respected.

We always meet on the 1st Wednesday of the month at The Hideaway Sensory Cafe from 1 to 3 pm.
