Light up the night with us for a fantastic, high-energy evening at Holme Pierrepont!

Join us on Saturday, 3rd October 2026 for the Autumn Glow Run 5k—a family-friendly fun run where everyone is welcome. Whether you want to sprint, jog, push a pushchair, or take a brisk autumn walk with your dog, this event is all about fun, community, and lighting up the path for an incredible cause!

We will be providing official race bibs and glowing accessories for every participant to get you shining bright as dusk sets in over the lake.

🕒 Event Schedule

16:00 (4:00 PM): Registration opens, bib collection, and glow pack pickup

16:45 (4:45 PM): Pre-race glow warm-up

17:00 (5:00 PM): 5k Fun Run Start!

💖 Our Story & The Cause

We are Hayley and Ruth—best friends turned family—and we are currently on a massive journey together as we train for the London Marathon in aid of Caudwell Youth.

Our story is built on turning personal challenges, health hurdles, major weight loss, and family heartbreak into hope. After overcoming huge obstacles and grief, we decided to lace up our trainers and take on 26.2 miles to support young people who need it most.

Caudwell Youth provides life-changing 1-to-1 mentoring for vulnerable and neurodivergent young people facing severe adversity. Every single ticket sold for our Autumn Glow Run goes directly toward our marathon fundraising target to help transform young lives.

👟 Who Is This For?

EVERYONE! This is a non-timed, inclusive fun run designed for all ages and fitness levels:

🚶‍♂️ Walkers & Families

👶 Pushchairs & Buggies

🐶 Paws on Paths (Well-behaved dogs on leads are very welcome!)

💡 What to Bring & Wear

Dress Code: Bright neon colours, tutus, face paint, or anything that glows!

Safety Gear: We will supply glow sticks, but as dusk sets in around the lake, please bring a headtorch or chest light to help light your way along the path.
