Join us for a friendly and welcoming exercise session designed to help you move more, improve your strength and flexibility, and boost your overall wellbeing.

These gentle, chair-based exercises are suitable for a range of abilities, with movements that can be adapted to suit your needs and fitness level. Whether you're looking to become more active, improve your mobility or simply enjoy trying something new in a relaxed environment, everyone is welcome.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a health questionnaire.

Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP.

Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
