Based in Long Clawson, near Kegworth, Clawson Farms has a long tradition of British cheesemaking. Working with local farms across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, the cheesemaker combines quality local milk with traditional expertise to produce a range of award-winning cheeses.
