Is there more to life than this? How do I become the best version of myself? We will hold a space together to consider how, by being more connected in the moment, we can create a more loving, compassionate and harmonious world, one where we cooperate as one and see each other as the equal human beings we are. While we are each unique individuals, many of us also sense that we are deeply interconnected, both with each other and with something far greater than ourselves. Conscious Gathering is a safe and nurturing space to explore this together without judgement; open to everyone regardless of background, gender, race, neurodiversity, politics or religion. Each session includes a recorded 20-minute guided mindfulness and connection practice that contains both voice and music, followed by open sharing for those who choose to. There is a short break so that we can buy drinks from the cafe, then bring them back to the Studio to continue the conversation, explore the Question of the Day and get to know each other better - creating community is at the very heart of these gatherings. Please note that this is an open sharing space; while discussions can be spiritual in nature, it is not Spiritualist or religious and it is not intended as therapy or professional support. Please participate in whatever way feels right for you and be aware that others may have a different understanding to you. My name is Richard. I’m an energy healer, leadership coach and intuitive guide, and I’ve felt a calling to create a space like this for several years. I believe we are collectively waking up to the possibility that there is much more to life than our everyday world reveals, and I’m passionate about exploring that with others. Conscious Gathering is not about profit. Sessions are run by volunteers and held in venues that generously offer their space, in return for participants enjoying the café afterwards. As long as participants continue to buy drinks/snacks, this arrangement will continue and there will be no charge. All are genuinely welcome. No one is excluded. Please register every guest (rather than a plus one) so we have an accurate number Numbers are strictly limited to each group, so please update your invite if you change your mind.
