Content Café Our main gathering, Content Café, is held each Saturday (except 25/26 December). It’s the only open weekly social event of its kind in the city, for all LGBTQ+ adults. We provide a welcoming and safe place to meet new friends and chat in the heart of Nottingham’s Rainbow Quarter. Since starting in February 2024, many people living in Nottingham and the wider region have come along, as regular or more occasional participants. You can drop in to Content Café any time from 10:30am until we finish at 12pm. Look out for the Golden Pineapples on the tables, which indicate where we are sitting! At 12pm, some of us will often go on elsewhere for an impromptu light lunch, and/or to see other events in the city centre. For updated information about the location of the Content Cafe, please check out their Facebook page. Other ways to join in Our web page is kept up-to-date with details of all events - https://www.facebook.com/content.cafe.notts/ To include also those who prefer a later start on a Saturday, we aim to hold a lunch in Nottingham from around 12:30pm to 2:15pm on the third Saturday of the month. Venues are nominated by members of the group and selected for accessibility, inclusive menus and a range of prices. Full details of these and other occasional visits and events may be found on our web page. We have an active, private WhatsApp group, details of which may be requested at Content Café.
