Join us for Empower - a week of sports, exercise and fun. OPEN to all women, trans and non-binary identifying students at UoN and FREE for all, come and try a new sport and meet some new people.

Get ready for the next great event in UoN Empower Week: Gymnastics! Join us at David Ross Sports Village for an adrenaline-pumping session. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gymnast, this event is open to all levels.
