About This Event

A basketball session for Empower Week takes place on 23 October 2026 at the Jubilee Sports Centre in Nottingham. Attendees can join in to try out a new sport alone or with friends during this community-focused activity. The event is open without charge.

On the 23rd October, join us for a fun BASKETBALL session for Empower Week at UoN! Come alone or with friends, and try out a new sport!

UoN Empower Week: Women's Basketball

Location: Jubilee Sports Centre, Hall 2, 23rd October 6:00 - 7:00pm

Join us for Empower - a week of sports, exercise and fun. OPEN to all women, trans and non-binary identifying students at UoN and FREE for all, come and try a new sport and meet some new people.

Get ready for the next great event in UoN Empower Week: Basketball! Join us at Jubilee Sports Centre for an adrenaline-pumping session. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, this event is open to all levels.
