Learn how to be an ally to women in your workplace and community.

Ever witnessed everyday sexism or harassment but didn’t know what to do?

Maybe you’ve seen it happen to a colleague, a friend, or a stranger—and felt stuck between wanting to help and worrying about getting it wrong.

Stand By Her is a free, practical training designed to give you the tools to challenge harmful behaviour, support women and girls, and step in safely when it counts.

Whether it’s banter that’s gone too far, street harassment, or something more serious—small actions from bystanders can make a big difference.

This interactive session will cover:

How to recognise everyday sexism and gender-based harassment

Practical ways to intervene without escalating the situation

Real-world scenarios to help you build your confidence

The impact of silence—and the power of allyship

Space to reflect, ask questions, and grow your awareness

Who’s it for?

Stand By Her is for anyone who wants to play an active role in challenging misogyny, supporting women, and creating safer public and private spaces.
