Come vibe with us under the glowing full moon in this cozy, in-person gathering. It's all about sisterhood, sharing stories, and lifting each other up. Whether you want to meditate, laugh, or just connect, this circle is your space.

Bring your open heart and maybe a little something to share. Let's shine together and make magic happen!

This is not a workshop where you take notes and go home with a handout. It's a living, breathing experience with room for your body and what you're ready to feel.

1. Heat, cold, and release

An hour in the sauna and cold plunge, so that your body can let go of what it's been holding, sweat it out, breathe through it, release.

2. Back into your body

A guided grounding meditation, so that you come out of your head and back into yourself.

3. Tools you can carry with you

A somatic practice and a simple thought-pattern tool, so that you leave with something practical, yours to keep and use long after tonight.
