Free training for volunteers - how to work with people, especially young people.

Do you want to make a difference to young people in the local community?

We are looking for people who can spare 3 hours a week to support children and teenagers through difficult times in their lives.

At Transform, we are committed to transforming the lives of the most vulnerable young people in our communities through our unique training courses and programs. Emotional resilience provides the foundation for our work with young people, and all of our activities promote positive personal development, wellbeing, and inclusion.

We're particularly seeking volunteers for our TLC Plus programme, which provides intensive support to disengaged and disadvantaged young people facing challenges such as exploitation, violence, poverty, offending, or substance misuse. Our programmes are designed to help young people know they can get through tough times and have a future.

We provide full training as part of our flagship "How to Work with People, Especially Young People" training is designed to revolutionize your approach through using practical emotional education techniques. Through interactive and experiential learning, you'll gain invaluable insights into the unique perspectives and needs of others and master the art of connecting with young people and navigate everyday life situations with confidence.

These invaluable skills can be used in every area of your life. But don't just take our word for it – 100% of previous participants would recommend our training to others.

Join our team of volunteers to transform, connect, inspire, and positively impact the lives of young people.
