Traditional Quiz, £1 per person, cash prize. Also a chance to win a few hundred pounds at the end of the night on a ‘play your cards right’ game. The winning team go first then if they don’t win the prize, it’s in order of where each team finished. The food options are a really reasonably priced quality small roast dinner for £7.95 (to be confirmed depending on Sunday sales), and stone baked pizzas ranging between £12-£24 serving 4-8 people, and a few other food options. Pub Info: The Sir John Borlase Warren Nottingham stands proudly as the most prominent building at Canning Circus in Nottingham, where Derby Road, Ilkeston Road and Alfreton Road meet. This area has become a haven for pub-goers and The Sir John is widely regarded as the flagship destination, having the finest ‘secret' beer garden in Nottingham. Lincoln Green took over the site in 2015 and has breathed new life into the pub with an impressive range of cask ales, craft beers, gins and whiskies. We offer a full menu of pub classics, pizzas, specials and what we still believe to be the best Sunday Roast in Canning circus.
