Join us for a supportive workshop where we'll share stories, strategies, and laughs on the journey to being a Recovery Ally.

StrongerRoots is dedicated to changing the story of how addiction and recovery are understood across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Stronger Roots (Nottingham) are offering FREE Recovery Ally workshops to any Nottingham city-based individual, group or organisation; these in-person workshops focus on creating the conditions where drug and alcohol recovery is possible, accepted, and sustainable.

At the workshop, you will have the opportunity to engage in discussions, participate in group activities, and learn from experienced professionals in the field. Whether you are a friend, family member, coworker, or community member, this workshop is designed to help you better understand how to offer meaningful support to those in recovery.

Don't miss this chance to enhance your knowledge and skills as a Recovery Ally. Join us and make a positive impact in the lives of others!

These workshops are hosted by Double Impact, a Lived Experience Recovery Organisation working to support individuals to overcome their drug and /or alcohol dependence and build a different future for themselves. They are leading the Stronger Roots initiative in Nottingham city on behalf of a Core Partnership group of cross-sector stakeholders.
