· On arrival, each participant is assigned an Event ID (e.g., Mr X or Ms X). 🆔

· Attendees complete their details (name, age, town/city, nationality, occupation, etc.) to the event database. Volunteers, known as Hosts n Dosts, are available to ensure a supportive experience. 🤗

· Free Wi-Fi and light refreshments are provided. ☕📶

· If you are interested in someone, record their Event ID and contact the organisers to request further contact. If mutually agreed, a meeting can be arranged or contact details shared. 💌

The event prioritises respectful and consensual interactions, with Hosts n Dosts available for support and clarification. Each one-on-one meeting lasts a minimum of five minutes, and the organisers adhere to a no-rush, no-push policy. 🕔🙅‍♂️🙅‍♀️
