Join us for an in-person experience that will melt your stress away. Immerse yourself in calming vibrations and gentle meditation designed to relax your mind and rejuvenate your spirit. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned meditator, this session offers a peaceful escape from the daily grind. Get comfy, and let the soothing sounds guide you to tranquility ✨️

All you need to bring is yourself. Mats, blankets, eye masks, and bolsters will be available, and you’re welcome to bring anything that supports your comfort 😊

Please bring water; a hydrated body receives sound more fully.

Refreshments will be offered after the session 🫖☕️🍪 A gentle note for your journey - Sound baths offer a space for rest, reflection, and energetic alignment. While sound healing is generally safe and nurturing, each person’s nervous system and life experience is unique. To ensure a gentle and safe experience, anyone who is pregnant or has health considerations such as epilepsy or heart conditions is encouraged to consult their healthcare provider before attending. Honoring your inner wisdom during the sound bath, you are invited to remain connected to your own inner guidance. You are free to shift, rest, cover your ears, or step away at any time. There is no right or wrong way to receive the sounds—only the way that feels true for you. If you have questions or feel called to share anything beforehand, the facilitator is here to hold the space with care and compassion.
