Two theatrical magic shows. One evening.

A double bill of theatrical magic.

First up, Matt Arwen-Langham makes his solo show debut with:

51: The Card That Doesn't Come Back

For centuries, people have picked cards, and for centuries, magicians have made them vanish and reappear. Until now, when one magician (pronounced Matt Arwen-Langham) decided to do half of that.

The Card That Doesn't Come Back is a theatrical magic show about a playing card that goes and doesn't come back. That's it.

This show is a work in progress, so here's a Q&A to clear things up.

Q: Will the card come back?

A: No. It's literally in the title.

Q: So what happens for the other 40 minutes?

A: Good question.

Q: Will there be any other tricks?

A: Only one way to find out...

Content warning: this show contains themes some people may find upsetting, strong language, and a card that doesn't come back.

Then, Detective Stannard investigates:
