About This Event

The Early Years and Sennen will headline a show at Billy Bootleggers on 20 November 2026. The event will feature the Nottingham shoegaze supergroup Stereopium as the opening act, along with a DJ set by Casual Dan.

Some Velvet Evening presents in conjunction with Sonic Cathedral, a joint headline show featuring shoegaze royalty THE EARLY YEARS and SENNEN.

The Early Years released their long awaited third album "Modern Moonlight" at the end of May to a wealth of critical acclaim, while Sennen are also gearing up towards sharing their first new material in over a decade.

Nottingham shoegaze supergroup STEREOPIUM will be opening the show. Made up of past and present members from the likes of Spotlight Kid, Revolver, Model Morning and Lorna. They're one of the most exciting bands in the city right now.

DJ Casual Dan will be joining us on the decks, playing an all vinyl set before, in between and after the bands.
