Sing, listen to and learn soothing and uplifting melodies from around the globe. Perfect for new mothers and their babies aged 0-9 months, and expectant mothers in their third trimester.

Minimum 10 week 1-hour sessions for mums* and babies aged 0-9months and mums in their Third Trimester.

*This course is designed specifically for the needs of new mothers to address the specific post-partum experience, this includes well-being, bonding, emotional and physical concerns.

Session dates for Autumn 2026

Fridays from 10.15-11.15am, term time only

September 11, 18, 25

October 2, 9, 16 (23 30 no sessions, Half Term break)

November 6, 13, 20, 27

December 4, 11, 18 End of Term
