Join Adrienne on the farm, foraging for seasonal berries before learning how to make a selection of jams, jellies, syrups and sauces in the barn kitchen.
Our workshops take place in the purpose built barn kitchen under the instruction of a qualified food teacher and experienced cook. This is a hands on session and instruction will be fun and informal and tailored to your needs. All ingredients will be provided and you will take your dishes and all the recipe sheets away with you at the end of the session.
