A 3-hour facilitated morning at The Oxford Belfry. Tea, coffee and pastries on arrival. A structured programme designed to generate real conversation, honest challenge, and practical takeaways — not small talk over name badges.

The morning is facilitated by Charlotte Elmer, founder of Business Coach Directory and ELMER Consultancy. With 22 years of corporate leadership experience spanning some of the world's largest organisations through to early-stage start-ups, Charlotte brings a breadth of global experience across multiple industries and countries.
