7:00 – 7:30 PM: Grounding in

8:30 – 9:00 PM: Grounding out

What to Expect
Our Community Circle is a gentle, welcoming space for connection, reflection and shared humanity.
We begin by arriving together over a cup of tea, before moving into a short grounding-in practice. This may be a guided meditation, listening to music in silence, a simple breathwork exercise, or a gentle visualisation - always something supportive to help us arrive fully and settle into the space.
The heart of the evening is the sharing circle. Each person is invited to share what feels present for them. You may wish simply to be heard, or you may ask for what you need - whether that’s reflections, gentle feedback, insights, a song, hand-holding, or quiet listening. There is no expectation and no “right” way to participate.
We close with a grounding-out practice to help gently integrate the evening before returning to daily life. This may be a short meditation, a poem, shared silence or a simple ritual.
Afterwards, there is time for light conversation and connection. You’re welcome to stay and chat, or to leave quietly if that feels right for you.
