I’m Anna, a registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and chef based in Headington, Oxford. I started my career in kitchens around the world, honing my skills and collecting recipes, techniques, and kitchen shortcuts that I love to share. Later, I moved into food innovation, developing creative products and solutions for brands and projects.

Curiosity about how food affects our health led me to retrain in nutritional therapy. Since then, I’ve worked with clients, groups, and sports teams to bring practical, delicious food into their lives in ways that support health, energy, and confidence.
