Forest Bathing & Wild Swim Chipping Norton

Saturday 5th September | 9:30am – 12:00pm

Join us for a gentle and restorative Forest Therapy session in beautiful woodland surroundings, offering space to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy mindful time outdoors.

This session will include guided invitations, quiet reflection, and moments of stillness, followed by a peaceful tea ceremony to close.

For those who would like to, there is also the option to finish the morning with a wild swim in the beautiful spring-fed lake — a refreshing and grounding way to complete the experience. If you'd prefer not to swim, you are welcome to sit beside the lake and enjoy the morning a little longer.

Please note: the wild swim is best suited to confident swimmers. The lake is spring-fed and can feel cold, and participants should feel comfortable entering open water independently.

No experience is needed for the Forest Therapy session — just come as you are.
