Where: The Grange, Saunderton, Buckinghamshire, HP27 9NS
Time: 1:30pm-3:30pm
Adult: £12 (online booking only)
Children (under 16) £7.00 (online booking only)
What to expect
Tours of approximately 25 people at a time, will show you how, where and why we train cute little puppies that become incredible hearing dogs.
You’ll also see behind the scenes, see a demo of what our dogs do (it’s impressive, every time), meet some hearing dogs, and find out from our deaf partners how their lives have been changed.
You’ll be directly helping to change deaf people’s lives.
Please note, both adult and children tickets must be booked online and children (under 16) must be accompanied by an adult/guardian for the duration of the tour.
Some points you might need to bear in mind:
Much as we love dogs, unfortunately, we cannot allow pet dogs on the tour. This is for the health and safety of our own furry friends.
The tour involves some walking around our site and some steps, please notify us of any mobility support you might require.
We have Blue Badge parking facilities. Please note that certain parts of the site may be uneven. If you would like to contact us to discuss wheelchair access or any other type of access prior to booking a ticket, please contact us on events@hearingdogs.org.uk
The welfare of our dogs is paramount, therefore if we feel that weather/conditions may be detrimental to our dogs we reserve the right to cancel the event. we will try to offer as much notice as possible should this be the case.
As a charity supporting people with hearing loss, we strive to support all levels of hearing loss. Please let us know if you have any specific requirements when booking.

Don't forget we also have the beautiful Grange Restaurant on-site, which has become something of a Chilterns destination.
You can relax in our airy and spacious restaurant, or eat al fresco on the terrace or courtyard with a light bite or healthy lunch before the tour.
To allow enough time for your freshly-prepared lunch, please make sure you book a table for 12:00pm. The restaurant closes at 4pm.

If you’ve booked onto a tour and can no longer attend, please let us know by emailing events@hearingdogs.org.uk as soon as possible. Please note, if we receive a cancellation with less than 48-hours notice before the tour, your tour ticket fee will be non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
