Now in its 26th year, the Oxford Chamber Music Festival returns with New Worlds. "Two Americas, One Storm" brings together European Romanticism and South American passion. Programme includes:
Ludwig van Beethoven - String Quintet in C major, Op. 29 ‘Storm’
Arthur Foote (1853–1937) - Night Piece for Flute and String Quartet
Astor Piazzolla (1921–1992) - Tango Sensations for Bandoneón and String Quartet
All in a special Cotswolds setting, where world-class players are unusually close up.
