Join us for a dedicated study day exploring the comprehensive management of Motor Neurone Disease (MND/ALS) - Lunch included! This educational event is designed for healthcare professionals working with people affected by MND/ALS, including neurologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, dietitians, nurses, rehabilitation clinicians, palliative care teams, psychologists and allied health professionals. Through expert-led presentations, interactive sessions and case discussions, delegates will gain practical knowledge and up-to-date insights into the challenges of delivering person-centred care across the disease trajectory. Learning Outcomes By the end of the study day, participants will be able to: Describe current best practice in multidisciplinary MND management. Recognise the role of nutrition, respiratory support and symptom control in improving quality of life. Understand contemporary approaches to genetic testing and counselling.
