Digital confidence means more freedom, more privacy and less reliance on others. Learn how to stay safe online.

It Feels Good to Know You Can Do It Yourself

Ordering a prescription. Checking an appointment. Reading an email. Shopping online. Managing a bank account.

These might seem like small things, but being able to do them confidently can make a big difference to how independent and in control someone feels.

As more of everyday life moves online, many people worry about making mistakes, getting scammed, or simply not knowing where to start. As a result, they may avoid online services altogether or rely on others to help.

This free session from AbilityNet is designed to help older adults and disabled residents feel more confident online. Learn how to spot scams, protect personal information, use passwords safely, and navigate everyday online tasks with greater confidence.

Because staying safe online isn't just about security.

It's about confidence, independence, privacy, and the freedom to get things done yourself.
