Rivers Of England

'Original yet familiar sounding with occasional echoes of John Martyn and even Nick Drake, Rivers Of England’s lush string and Hammond/Rhodes based sound delivers foot-tapping ear candy aplenty with a spine-tingling powerful vocal on top. The surprises keep coming, not least, supporting The Fall, amusing hospital visits on tour and a regular soundtrack for operating theatre.' The line up varies from just Rob on guitar and vocals to almost a small orchestra including double bass, keys, cello etc.
