SHORTBREAD: SCOTLAND’S MOST FAMOUS BISCUIT An authentic experience inside our working Scottish bakehouse, gathered around the baker’s table as Iain Campbell, 7th-generation award-winning baker, shares his craft. Using the same ingredients, techniques and traditions passed down through generations, Iain demonstrates how his family makes Scotland’s most loved biscuit, offering a rare insight into the craft of a traditional Scottish bakehouse. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine (or soft drink) alongside delicious savoury nibbles and best of all - you’ll take home a box of freshly baked creations!
