Start with a HIIT session with Aaron Banda, before rotating between sauna & cold plunge with Stamford Sauna Club and our Recovery Garden, featuring guided mobility and stretching.

Mimi Coffee & Bagels Pop-Up will be on-site serving fresh bagels and coffee available to purchase.

To help Mimi prepare enough fresh ingredients for the morning, you can pre-order your bagel in advance. Simply select your choice from the Add-On section when booking your ticket.

No payment will be taken for your bagel when booking - simply pay Mimi on the day.

Good to know: Parking is available on-site, just follow the signs. Toilets, changing facilities and a shower are also available on the grounds.

Bring comfortable workout clothes, swimwear, a towel and a change of clothes.

Spaces are limited so every guest gets the full experience and plenty of time in both the Recovery Garden and sauna & plunge.
