Smash Haus Padel throws the doors open for a full day of padel, movement, food and recovery on Saturday 26 September, 10am–6pm. Come for an hour or stay all day — there's no charge and everyone is welcome, from complete beginners to regular players.

The day, hour by hour:

10:00 — Pilates. A proper mat class to open the shoulders and hips before anyone picks up a racket. Mats provided.

11:00 — Coached Padel. Straight from the mat onto the court. Beginners very welcome. Rackets provided.

12:00 — Lunch. Light lunch or wood-fired pizza from Alpine Pizza Co. — because nobody plays well hangry.

10:00 - 6:00 — Sauna & Cold Plunge. Heat, then ice. Open all afternoon. Bring a towel and swimwear.

1:00–6:00 — Court Activities: free drop-in and play, coaching clinics, PdH Sports racket & equipment demos, exhibition matches, Beat the Coach, and physio screening upstairs.

Free entry and no limit on tickets per booking — bring the whole crew. Mats and rackets provided. Bring a towel and swimwear for the sauna and plunge.
