The Dream Dome comes to the Galilee Lawn, Peterborough Cathedral.

A mesmerising 75-minute live music and visual journey that transports you to new worlds. Lie back in your chair as our string ensemble performs a selection of chillout & classical music that brings the sky to life with every note.

The Dream Dome is a geodesic dome with 360° projections and concentric reclining chairs. Our string ensemble performs from a central circular stage at the heart of the dome. Premium seats are closer to the centre.

FAQ's

1. Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event due to illness, COVID, or any other reason?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to a friend if you can't attend. If we cancel a performance, you are refunded in full automatically.

2. I haven’t received my tickets/confirmation email. How can I find it?

In many instances, guests who can't locate their tickets find their email address was misspelt. Additionally, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, your tickets may have been sent to the email address associated with those accounts. If you still cannot find your tickets, please contact us at info@illuminatedorchestra.co.uk.

3. Can my tickets be transferred to another event?

If tickets are available, transfers are possible. Please contact us. However, if the event is sold out, we cannot accommodate a transfer as there are no available spaces left.

4. Will there be more tickets available if the event is sold out?

If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.

5. Is there a waiting list for sold-out events?

We do not have a waiting list. However, you can check for resale tickets on Twickets, an official fan-to-fan ticket resale platform.

6. Do you offer concessions for disabled attendees?

Yes, we provide a free Personal Assistance ticket for registered disabled individuals upon receiving supporting documents such as a PIP or Access Card. Please contact us at info@illuminatedorchestra.co.uk for assistance.

7. I purchased an Access ticket. Where is the ticket for my Carer?

The Access ticket already includes an entry for your Carer, meaning that 1 ticket admits 2 people.

8. Is there a dress code?

Something you are comfortable lying down in for 75 minutes. The dome is heated, but the ground can be cool at the edges, so layers are a good idea.

Eventbrite are the only official ticket vendor for this event. Tickets purchased through any other platform or third party cannot be guaranteed as valid. Always book through official channels to avoid disappointment.
