Your Cancer Recovery is a supportive and informative workshop designed to help you take back control after completing curative cancer treatment. This session focuses on what comes next, including supporting your recovery, rebuilding confidence, and helping you adjust to life after treatment.

We will explore the common physical, emotional, and practical challenges that many people experience after cancer treatment. You’ll gain tools and strategies to help manage the ongoing impact of cancer, improve your wellbeing, and move forward with confidence.

This session is open to anyone on a curative pathway (you are expected to make a full recovery). It offers a space to learn, reflect, and understand that this stage is not the end of your cancer experience, but the beginning of your rehabilitation and transition back to a new sense of normal.
